We have supportive family, but everyone is excited and asking for dates. I would love examples of simple boundaries that protected recovery and rest without making people feel pushed away.
The thing that helped us was deciding what problem we were solving first. Once we stopped copying every checklist, the setup became much easier to maintain.
For anything health-related we kept a running note and brought the questions to the appropriate clinician instead of trying to settle it in the group.
I would start smaller than you think you need. It is easy to add one item later, but a large setup can become another thing to organize and clean.
This is helpful. I like the idea of keeping the system small enough that another caregiver can understand it without a walkthrough.
