Our dog is generally calm but sensitive to unfamiliar noises. I am planning gradual preparation and would love to hear what routines helped your pet settle around crying and new equipment.

  1. The thing that helped us was deciding what problem we were solving first. Once we stopped copying every checklist, the setup became much easier to maintain.

For anything health-related we kept a running note and brought the questions to the appropriate clinician instead of trying to settle it in the group.

  3. I would start smaller than you think you need. It is easy to add one item later, but a large setup can become another thing to organize and clean.
