I am less interested in buying more gear and more interested in organization. Do you use a cart, one kitchen bin, a bedside caddy, or separate clean and dirty zones? What made cleanup easier?

  1. We wrote a very short handoff note for whoever was on duty. It sounds formal, but it prevented the same questions from being asked when everyone was tired.

  2. We simplified ours after a week. The biggest improvement was keeping one small basket in the exact place we used it, then restocking it every morning.
